As a caterer in Washington DC, summer presents challenges for my cold-hold needs during outdoor events and Catering Stone provided a great solution. I send out ice cream carts out to many different locations for concession sales. My ice cream carts are pre-frozen overnight and in the summer heat they can only keep product frozen for about 4 hours.
